Mom's Potato Salad
10 pounds of potatoes (Cooking potatoes)
1 quart of mayonnaise
1 tbsp mustard
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp salt
 tbsp pepper
Cook potatoes with skins, peel after they cool.  Use flattish pan to mix:
	1-2 cups of chopped celery
	1-2 cups of chopped onions
	a red pepper, green pepper or a pimento for color, if desired.
Mix while warm.
